Artisan Sales Booth Information
We are excited to offer Club members an opportunity to sell their work, and to provide the public an opportunity to purchase a wide variety of wood art through the IAW Artisan Sales Booth. You must be a member of a participating Club to sell in this booth.
There is no “registration fee”, but 10% of sales will be retained for support of IAW. You will be responsible for reporting and paying sales tax to the State. Any sales made with an electronic payment method will have a convenience fee of 3% assessed. Each piece will need to have a price tag attached. The tag must include your sale price and your name. Your pricing needs to be in whole dollar amounts to prevent the need for change (e.g. $60.00 instead of $59.99).
-Each piece needs to be listed on the Store Inventory – Registration Form.
-No sales of entries into the judged competitions are allowed.
-To offer enough space for as many different artists as possible to participate, we ask that you be considerate of how many pieces you submit and how much space your item(s) will take in the booth.
-You are welcome to bring in a display stand, business cards, or small placards describing unique information about your work. We will do all that we can to present your item(s) in the best possible way.
Please bring your item(s) along with any remaining forms to IAW-JUMP Friday, March 28, 2025, from Noon – 5:30 p.m.
You MUST pick up any remaining items by 3:00 p.m., March 30, 2025. This is 1 hour prior to the close of the show to allow you time before picking up your show entries.
Any unclaimed items will be given to the respective club presidents at the end of the show.
Your sales proceeds will be paid out to you by check and mailed to the address listed on your registration. This payout will include your gross sales less 10% IAW fee less 3% convenience fee for any electronic payments for your item(s). You are responsible for making the tax payment to the State.
SALES PROCESS

To register, please complete the Artisan Sales Booth form.

Prior to the event please register online with the ID Tax Commission. Click Here and select temporary permit if you only want one for this show or regular if you have a need to sell elsewhere.

The Event ID is 73007104.

If you have a Sellers Permit, a copy is required with your registration and you will upload a copy at registration.

If you don’t have one, a Temporary Sellers Permit (ST124) will be available for you to complete at the booth when you bring in your items.
